Executive Coaching

“Practice is the pathway to mastery.”
-Mike McCartney

No fluff. No wasted time. Measured results.

Stakeholder Centered Coaching® is used by 150 CEOs in Fortune 500s. Developed by Marshall Goldsmith, #1 rated executive coach in the world, along with Frank Wagner and Chris Coffey, SCC has helped senior leaders for over three decades in companies big and small, sharpen their iron.

What’s different?

1) Measured Results. Because leaders want results. We use a 3rd-party administrator to measure results, midway and end.

2) Efficiency with unlimited coaching. Busy leaders don’t have time to burn so we keep coaching focused and efficient. Still, we offer unlimited coaching to be sure the leaders’ expectations are met. Besides, results are not driven by talking to a coach but by leaders practicing their craft—practice is the pathway to mastery.

3) Coach has skin-in-the-game. We get paid for results—that’s just good business. We win when clients win.

4) Leader’s inner circle is involved. They become pivotal players in the coaching process because the leader’s success rides on these relationships. They too hone leadership skills through their involvement.

So when you’re ready to take your game to the next level and use a Master Coach willing to bet the ranch on your success—let’s talk.

Behavior defines leadership. The routine habits of daily interactions with people ultimately drive results and how we’re perceived—for better or worse. Behavior beats intention because people tend to believe more what they see. So, we focus on honing effective leadership behaviors by intentional, consistent practice until they’re forged into good habits. And good habits get good results.
